Good restaurant and ambiance. Genuinely not sure what the negativity in these reviews is about; I have lived in several big metropolitan areas and the Neapolitan pizza (what I ordered) was quite above average, especially for west coast pizza. The octopus was also good, which is hard to make and tends to be a good indicator of a restaurant’s cooking ability. Prices were high, but everything in Hawaii is overpriced so it’s whatever. If you want value in Hawaii you unfortunately have to cook for yourself.

We celebrated Hannah's 8th birthday outside and had a wonderful dinner experience! We ordered a full rustic, Roman pizza, fettuccine Alfredo with bacon and spinach, and spaghetti with meatballs. The full pizza was huge! Our server was fast and so friendly, and provided great service. The kids had fun playing cornhole. It was a great time!

We have eaten here before in previous visits but this is the first time since they moved to the space where the Japanese restaurant use to be. Nice upgrade! Great views of the sunset as well as good food. Our server was very friendly and got our order taken quickly and kept our glasses full. We started with the Local Mixed Greens salad. For our mains we had the Chicken Parmigiana (my wife said it was about the best she had ever had) and the Roman Style Pepperoni pizza (half). I had never had that style before – the crust was more like bread which I really enjoyed! We finished off with a great Tiramisu. We have always eaten in, but they have a good to go process which seems to work well. Definitely worth a visit (very close to the Palace Tower) Thanks!

The establishment was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The take out window staff was very efficient and helpful. We had the Margherita pizza with kalamata olives. The crust was very tasty and had a good chew. We will definitely return to this establishment. We recommend stopping by for a good meal.

I am honestly shocked at how many negative reviews Nui received - it honestly made me a bit nervous to try, however when you fly in late and it's one of your only options unless you want to leave the resort complex, you opt for convenience. My husband and I both ordered pizzas, I ordered a traditional Neo and my husband a Roman style - we were both blown away! The crust was outstanding - chewy and delicious and the sauce combined with the toppings was absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed a Limoncello martini (or two) and those were also outstanding. Our server, Manuel, was kind, courteous, and friendly. If you're staying at the Hilton "complex" I highly recommend you give it a try - we loved it!

Hands down the best Margherita Pizza I’ve ever had. The staff were so polite and helpful. The price seems high but compared to anywhere nearby the price is actually fairly cheap! My only complaint is the booths specifically seem extremely close together. We were seated next to a very loud family who jumped into multiple conversations my group was having making it feel like we were at a food court with no privacy. I know this is not the restaurants fault but maybe they would have felt less compelled to join in our conversation if they were further away.

Stopped in here with my family and friends after a long of touring in and around the island, and we had a great time. The food was fresh, the portions were ample, and the service we received from our waiter was so welcoming. I’m not from the area, but I’ll probably be stopping here again next time I’m in town. The ambience is amazing in the night, nice atmosphere and there is outside patio seating which looks fabulous with warmer weather.

We are staying on property and there is only 1 option for room service from 5-9pm, Nui. But gosh is it delicious! We ordered the Margherita pizza and the spaghetti and meatballs and they were both spectacular! Those meatballs were so juicy and flavorful! The pasta is prepared in a way that makes it drier than what I am used to, but the delicious sauce and meatballs made up for it! My only complaint about the pizza is that I would love more basil, but that is just me. We also got the risotto and sadly we cannot recommend it. It was hard as a rock by the time it arrived and the flavor of Parmesan completely overpowered the dish. We also had tiramisu for dessert and wow was that good! It came in this cute plastic cup and it really hit the spot! The entire meal was delicious! We will eat there during our stay!

The pizza here is very good (our favorite was the Margherita). The focaccia bread appetizer is amazing. The server was so nice and so was the girl that served our water. We like the open air atmosphere too. We can’t speak to the rest of the menu but I believe you can’t go wrong with any pizza on the menu.

A very enjoyable, relaxed environment on the Hilton Waikoloa Village resort. A bit pricey, but tasty “foody” Italian meals can be enjoyed here. No reservation needed, but it gets busy around sunset time.
